“When I found out that Cameron was dead, I wept for six months. Every day” Emma Isthta (Kirsten) joked in this video.
When asked if she was going to miss working with Kyle, Emma said “Not really, no. Not at all.”
Allison Scagliotti (Camille) and Damon Dayoub (Detective Fisher) had very different responses to Cameron dying.
Damon Dayoub wouldn’t miss Cameron on the show. “When I heard that Cameron died, I was elated. I was really happy, you know, because we don’t need him at all.”
Allison Scagliotti had a different take on it. “When I found out that Kyle was getting killed off, I was like, well now who am I going to talk to?”
Salli Richardson-Whitfield’s (Maggie) tearful response to Cameron not coming back included this zinger. “I’m sure the guy that they’re bringing in to replace him will have better hair probably”.
Ritesh Rajan (Linus) would miss Kyle Harris, unlike Emma Ishta. “It’s difficult to talk about. I’m gonna miss him because no one else laughs at my jokes.”
Of course, with Kyle Harris gone Ritesh Rajan would become the male lead on Stitchers. So Cameron’s death is bittersweet.
Ross Kurtle (Alex the sub bio-tech) was shocked by the death.
Cameron Britton (Tim from engineering) thought Cameron’s death was for the best. With Cameron out of the way, Tim and Kirsten could become a power couple.
Every cast member of Stitchers had a funny response to Cameron dying. Damon Dayoub was pretty funny. Which response was your favorite?
