Major ‘Stitchers’ Spoiler: Does Cameron Live or Die? (Sneak Peek of 2x01 Opening)

Here’s a huge Stitchers season 2 spoiler that was revealed in this sneak peek of Stitchers episode 2x01.  We actually find out if Cameron lives or dies.

Season 1 ended with a cliffhanger.  Cameron’s life hung in the balance after he stopped his heart so that Kirsten could stitch into his mind and see who shot Detective Fisher.  Cameron was unresponsive to the defibrillators and he flatlined as the episode ended.  If the suspense is killing you, find out now whether Cameron lives or dies.  (Spoiler Warning: Only keep reading if you want to know Cameron’s fate).

In this sneak peek Stitchers episode 2x01, we see Cameron wake up.  Cameron doesn’t die after all, despite videos of the Stitchers cast responding to Cameron’s death.

In the opening moments of the season 2 premiere, Ayo continues to use the defibrillators on Cameron, who is unresponsive.  Chelsea is told to call the time of death while the Stitchers team looks on in horror.  In tears, Kirsten begs Ayo to shock him again.  She can feel that Cameron wants to come back.

Cameron comes back to life as Kirsten sobs over his body.  Cameron tells her it’s too bad she didn’t get the license plate number in his memory because he isn’t going to kill himself again.

The season 2 premiere of Stitchers is on Tuesday, March 22 at 10PM/9 CT on Freeform (new name for ABC Family).
