Cassidy Freeman & John Billingsley Join ‘Stitchers’ Cast for Season 2

Cassidy Freeman and John Billingsley have joined Stitchers in recurring roles.  Both Cassidy and John will first appear in the second episode of season 2.  Their characters will cause problems for the Stitchers team.

Cassidy Freeman, best known for her role as Tess Mercer on Smallville and Cady Longmire on Longmire, will play the role of Ellie.  Ellie is “a hacker who uses her ‘impressive skills’ to taunt the Stitchers team”, according to TVLine.

John Billingsley, who played on Mike Spencer on True Blood and Dr. Phlox on Star Trek: Enterprise, will join the cast as Mitchell Blair.  Mitchell Blair is a “NSA executive who arrives on the scene as part of an ‘abrupt change’ to the Stitchers’ organization.”  Mitchell Blair will use “folksy, disarming charm” to hide his “ice-cold intent and deadly ideas”.  Looks like he is going to stir up trouble for the Stitchers team.
