The season one summer finale of Stitchers left off with Cameron’s fate unknown. We won’t know if Cameron lives or dies until the season 2 premiere. That cliffhanger means the Halloween special will have an interesting timeline. Cameron will definitely be in the Halloween episode, though.
"The Halloween ep is an interesting ep. It's both inside and outside the timeline for season 1. That's all I can say!" Jeffrey tweeted.

Although we already had a summer finale for Stitchers, the Halloween episode will be the last episode of season one (1x11).

Can’t wait for the Stitchers Halloween special!
